How is the price calculated?
It depends on the language pair, volume, subject, format and deadline. You receive an agreed quote before work begins.
Can I order remotely?
Yes. We accept materials from Ukraine and abroad, and deliver the result digitally or through postal operators worldwide.
Apostille, notarisation or legalisation – which one do I need?
Our manager will help you determine the right option. In addition to notarisation of the translator’s signature, the translation may be certified with the bureau’s stamp. Whether an apostille or consular legalisation is required depends on the country where the translation will be used. We will recommend the best solution for your needs.
What should I send for an accurate quote?
Send the files or clear photographs of the documents and specify the languages, country of use, preferred deadline and result format. For interpreting, include the date, duration, format, location and subject of the event.
How long does translation take?
Timing depends on volume, language pair, subject, format and specialist availability. Your manager will confirm the agreed delivery time before work begins.
Do you handle urgent orders?
Yes, when the required subject specialists are available. Send the materials and preferred deadline so that a manager can check whether urgent delivery is possible.
How can I send confidential materials securely?
Your manager will agree a suitable transfer channel. Access is limited to the specialists involved in your order.
Can completed documents be delivered abroad?
Yes. You can receive the result digitally, collect it at our office or arrange delivery through a postal operator to the required country.
Will the document formatting be preserved?
When required, we reproduce the structure, tables, graphic elements and layout. Complex formatting work is quoted separately before work begins.
