How we work
In the Netherlands an official translation is made by a beëdigd vertaler — a sworn translator entered in the state Rbtv register; municipalities, the IND and courts accept their work. Flanders maintains its own Belgian register. A Ukrainian notarised translation is not a basis for these authorities, so we determine the route by the country and the body receiving the document.
Kyiv office and remote orders
Order at our office at 40/2 Volodymyrska Street, office 5, Kyiv, or remotely from Ukraine and other countries. Finished documents can be collected, delivered digitally or sent worldwide through postal operators.

What is a beëdigd vertaler?
A sworn translator from the Dutch state Rbtv register. Their signature and stamp make a translation official without a notary. For submissions to the IND, a gemeente or a court, one is usually mandatory.
Is an apostille required?
For a Ukrainian document, yes — both countries are party to the Hague Convention. The apostille is obtained in Ukraine, before translation.
