How we work
English is the most frequent language in our orders: documents for most countries are prepared in it even where the state language is something else. For personal documents, what matters is the spelling of names as in the international passport and compliance with the receiving institution's requirements. For contracts and technical material we assign a translator by subject and keep terminology consistent across the project.

Frequently asked questions
British or American English?
It depends on the destination country and the type of document. For the United States, Canada and most international organisations we use American English; for the United Kingdom, Ireland and the EU, British. If you have earlier translations or a corporate standard, we follow it.
Is a native speaker necessary?
For documents, no — accuracy and formatting decide there. For text going to publication, a website or advertising, involving a native speaker is worthwhile: they hear what reads naturally.
How will my surname be spelled?
As in your current international passport. Without one, by the official Ukrainian transliteration. If documents have already been submitted with a different spelling, tell us — a single differing letter is enough for a file to be rejected.
