Diploma translation and apostille
Diplomas, transcripts, school certificates and academic records prepared for study or employment abroad.
How we work
A Ukrainian diploma is not accepted abroad on its own. The document is first legalised — by apostille or consular legalisation — then translated to the requirements of the destination country, and only then does a university or employer decide on recognising the qualification. The order of these steps depends on the country and on where exactly the file is submitted, so we confirm the route before starting: an apostille and a translation done in the wrong order mean doing the work twice.

Frequently asked questions
What is nostrification, and do you carry it out?
Nostrification is the recognition of a foreign educational document by an authorised state body in the destination country (in Ukraine, ENIC Ukraine). An agency cannot perform it. What we do is prepare the documents the application is built from: legalisation, translation and formatting to the receiving institution's requirements.
Which comes first — the apostille or the translation?
It depends on the country. Often the apostille goes on the original and the document is then translated together with the apostille; sometimes the translation itself must also be apostilled. The wrong order means repeating the procedure, so we confirm the route in advance.
Does the diploma supplement need translating?
Almost always. The supplement holds the subjects, hours and grades — the part a qualification is actually assessed on. Admissions offices rarely consider a diploma without it.
The diploma was issued in Soviet times or by another country — what then?
Such documents follow their own legalisation route and sometimes need a preliminary archive record. Send a photo of the document and a manager will tell you which route applies.
