How we work
Czech authorities accept translations from a soudní tlumočník — a court translator entered in the register of the Czech Ministry of Justice. Such a translation is bound together with the document and sealed by the translator; a Ukrainian notary has no part in it. In the other direction, where a Czech document is submitted in Ukraine, the ordinary Ukrainian procedure with notarial certification applies.

Frequently asked questions
Will a Czech authority accept a Ukrainian notarised translation?
Usually not. A soudní tlumočník from the Czech Ministry of Justice register is required: their translation is bound with the document and sealed with their own stamp. We prepare the document so it can be taken through that route.
What is nostrifikace of a diploma in the Czech Republic?
The procedure for recognising a foreign diploma, carried out by a Czech university or regional education authority. An agency does not perform it — we prepare the file: apostille, translation of the diploma and of the supplement listing subjects and hours.
Is an apostille required for the Czech Republic?
Yes, the country is party to the Hague Convention. The apostille on a Ukrainian document is obtained in Ukraine before translation.
