For companies
Corporate translation accounts
A contract, a dedicated team, a glossary and paperwork that fits your accounting, for organisations with recurring volumes.
How we work
A company chooses a translation supplier differently from a private client: the decision takes weeks, often via a tender and a test translation, and the cooperation that follows lasts years. So corporate accounts are built around predictability: a dedicated manager, the same translators on your material, a glossary and translation memory so terminology does not shift between documents, and paperwork that clears your accounts department without follow-up questions. Over the past three years more than a hundred and fifty organisations came back to us around five times each on average — that is the measure we judge the model by.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide a test translation before a contract?
Yes. For corporate clients this is normal practice: you send a fragment of material typical for you, we return the translation, and you judge the quality before committing. We agree the size of the fragment — it should be representative rather than symbolic.
How is confidentiality handled?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement in your wording or ours. Access to material is limited to the people working on the project, and narrowed further for particularly sensitive documents. If you have requirements for the file transfer channel, we agree them before work begins.
Do you work on deferred payment terms?
Yes, payment terms are set by the contract. For organisations with recurring volumes this is usually payment in arrears for a period, with closing documents at month end.
What does a glossary give us?
The same term for the same concept across all your documents and all languages. Without one, two translators will name the same component or job title differently, and your client or auditor will notice. We maintain the glossary but agree it with you — where you already have established terminology, we use yours.
Can you take part in our tenders?
Yes. Send us the procurement terms and a manager will prepare a proposal with the scope of work, timeframes and pricing. Tenders also depend on a complete set of company documents, so tell us in advance what needs to be submitted.
