How we work
Simultaneous interpreting is impossible without equipment, and equipment is what most often derails an event: there are not enough receivers for everyone, the booth is positioned where the interpreter cannot see the screen, a question from the floor never reaches the headsets. We bring a set matched to the specific room and format, install it before the start, keep an engineer on site for the whole event and dismantle afterwards. Equipment can be hired on its own if you have your own interpreters — a normal arrangement for organisers who work with an established team.

Order at our office at 40/2 Volodymyrska Street, office 5, Kyiv, or remotely from Ukraine and other countries. Finished documents can be collected, delivered digitally or sent worldwide through postal operators.

Frequently asked questions
Can we hire equipment without your interpreters?
Yes. A share of our bookings are exactly that: the client has its own interpreting team, or another party provides one, and the equipment and engineer come from us. Our responsibility is that the sound reaches every participant.
How many receivers do we need?
One per participant who will listen to the interpretation, plus spares: some receivers are always mislaid or run flat. We agree the exact number against the programme — better a reserve at the registration desk than a search for headsets mid-speech.
What is a tour-guide system and when is it better than a booth?
A portable set: a transmitter for the interpreter, receivers for the group, no booth. It suits tours, plant visits, off-site sessions and small groups on the move. A conference in a hall with several languages needs a booth — with a tour-guide system the interpreter speaks in the same room and is audible live.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the set: a tour-guide system is ready in half an hour, booths with consoles and room sound take several hours. We schedule installation for the evening before or early on the day so that there is time to test with the speakers.
Do you work outside Kyiv?
Yes, with travel. The quote then includes transporting the equipment and the engineer's travel; for multi-day events this is usually cheaper than sourcing equipment locally.
